Quinn Construction was formed in 1980 and later became Quinn Contractors, Inc after incorporating in 1986. After 29 years, over 1500 homes and millions of dollars in commercial building and development our company continues to strive and grow. In 2004 Quinn Commercial was formed to separate the commercial work from the residential and 2 years later Bruce Toms took control of the commercial team.

Quinn Commercial, Inc. is a full service company offering design build, construction management, full stage from ground work to completion, interior build out, and commercial space leasing and sales for Quinn Properties.
